Alise is a pole dance instructor and flexibility coach who has been teaching since 2019. Her journey as a teacher began in Ukraine, where she built a strong foundation in movement and body awareness. In 2023, she relocated to California, USA, where she continues to develop her career and share her approach to training.

Her personal movement journey started in 2011, long before teaching, through gymnastics, acrobatics, and various modern dance styles. This diverse background sparked a deep curiosity about the body’s potential and led her to explore flexibility training on a deeper, more analytical level.

In Ukraine, Alise completed professional training in flexibility biomechanics with Sofi Mates, as well as myofascial release and stretching studies with Marina Tarasenko, and additional flexibility education with Irina Skripnik. After moving to the United States, she chose to further specialize in contortion and refine her knowledge through the Kintortion Teacher Training - a method that strongly aligns with her philosophy.

In her teaching, Alise prioritizes safety, longevity, and conscious movement. She believes flexibility should be developed through body awareness rather than force. Her approach is rooted in the idea that every body is unique, and with the right guidance, flexibility can be developed at any age without aggressive or harmful methods.

Outside of teaching, Alise draws inspiration from techno music, exploring the limits of her body, and continuously challenging its possibilities. Grounding is an essential part of her life - she reconnects through time spent in nature and stillness. Her cat, Casper, often accompanies her and has become an unexpected but constant assistant during private sessions.
